29% Solution!

A few weeks ago, I found out that the publisher has changed the title of my soon to be released book (8 months & counting!).

The new title is "The 29% Solution: 52 Weekly Successful Networking Strategies".

So, you might ask yourself, 29% solution to WHAT? Exactly. I'm so glad you asked.

Did you know that in the studies that produced the six degrees of separation theory, only 29% of the participants ever made it to their final destination in 2-10 degrees? And these were the BEST results ... in one study, only 5% made it within 2-10 degrees. That means that on average, 71-95% of the participants never completed the task at all!! These studies actually proved that we are not ALL separated by six degrees ... in fact, only a few of us are!! What's the difference between the 29% and the 71%?

The difference is education, training, knowledge, and skill. The difference is that the 29% of the people who actually ARE separated by six degrees possessed the skill and knowledge of how to work and leverage their network!
